Bittere Bloemen is a 6% beer with a IBU From 42. The color is gold to amber. It is a beer for the somewhat experienced drinker because of his outspoken bitter character. Backed by the Cascade and Citra hop gift-the latter is also used for the dryhopping-you get pretty citrusy hues and floral touches. The slightly malty caramel keys together with the fruity turn nicely into a long-approaching bitter finish.
